We respect your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of data collected through our website and Facebook/Instagram app integration.
What Data Can Be Deleted?
You can request deletion of the following types of personal information:

- Facebook/Instagram App Data: User IDs and any data received through our app integration (if you authorized our app)
- Marketing Communications: Email addresses and preferences stored for promotional purposes
- Account Information: Any profile or account data (if applicable)
Important Note: Our Instagram gallery integration displays public posts from our business account (@wizzswraps). This does NOT collect personal data from visitors simply viewing our website. Data deletion requests only apply if you specifically authorized our Facebook/Instagram app through Facebook Login or similar features.
How to Request Data Deletion
Method 1: Delete Facebook/Instagram App Data
If you authorized our Facebook/Instagram app, you can delete your data directly through Facebook:
- Log in to your Facebook account
- Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Click Apps and Websites in the left menu
- Find "Wizz's Wraps Instagram Feed" (or our app name) in the list
- Click Remove or View and Edit
- Select Remove App and check the box to Delete data
- Confirm your request
Facebook will notify us of your deletion request, and we will permanently delete all associated data within 30 days.
Method 2: Email Us Directly
For all other data deletion requests (quote forms, contact submissions, marketing lists), please email us:

- Email address associated with your data
- Phone number (if applicable)
- Description of what data you want deleted (e.g., "Quote request from October 2024")
- Any additional identifiers (e.g., vehicle details, service type)
Method 3: Use Our Contact Form
Alternatively, you can submit a data deletion request through our contact form:

What Happens After You Request Deletion?
- Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request to ensure data security
- Processing Time: We will process your request within 30 days of verification
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been permanently deleted
- Exceptions: Some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., accounting records, dispute resolution)
Confirmation Code: When you receive a deletion request confirmation, you'll be provided with a unique confirmation code for your records.
Important Considerations
- Irreversible Action: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you want to proceed before submitting your request.
- Active Services: If you have active bookings or ongoing services, deleting your data may affect our ability to provide those services. Consider waiting until services are complete.
- Legal Retention: Certain data may be retained for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes (e.g., VAT records must be kept for 6 years). We will inform you if any exceptions apply.
- Third-Party Data: Data stored by third parties (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, payment processors) must be deleted through their respective platforms. We can only delete data we directly control.
- Marketing Unsubscribe: If you only want to stop receiving marketing emails, you can simply click "Unsubscribe" in any promotional email instead of deleting all your data.
