Wizz's Wraps provides automotive customization services, including but not limited to:

  • Car and motorbike wrapping
  • Window tinting (automotive and commercial)
  • Body kit installation
  • Caliper painting
  • Paint protection film (PPF)
  • Custom graphics and vehicle branding
  • Detailing and polishing
  • Kitchen wrapping

All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Quotes and pricing are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition and specific requirements.

User Responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or requests
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our website or services
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our website without permission
  • Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Respect intellectual property rights, including our trademarks and copyrighted content

Booking and Appointments

When you request a quote or book an appointment through our website:

  • Quotes are estimates and not binding until confirmed in writing
  • We will contact you to confirm availability and finalize details
  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees
  • Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or shortened service time

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Payment and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£), inclusive of VAT where applicable, and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Terms:

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 20-50%) may be required to secure your booking
  • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless a payment plan is agreed in writing
  • We accept cash, bank transfer (BACS), and major credit/debit cards
  • Card payments may be subject to a processing fee
  • Late payments may incur interest charges at 8% above Bank of England base rate (Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998)

Additional Charges:

  • Additional charges may apply if the scope of work extends beyond the original quote
  • We will notify you of any additional costs before proceeding with extra work
  • Prices do not include any required preparation work (e.g., bodywork repairs, paint correction) unless specifically quoted

If you dispute a charge, please contact us within 7 working days of the transaction date.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by Customer:

  • More than 48 hours before appointment: Full refund of any deposit paid, minus £25 administrative fee
  • Less than 48 hours before appointment: Deposit is forfeited to cover preparation and lost booking time
  • No-show without notice: Deposit is forfeited; additional charges may apply for materials already ordered
  • After work has commenced: No refund on deposit or payments made; outstanding balance remains payable

Cancellation by Wizz's Wraps:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, equipment failure, severe weather). In such cases:

  • We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible
  • You will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made, or
  • We will offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time
  • We are not liable for any consequential losses arising from cancellation

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 working days of approval
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • No refunds are given for completed work unless it fails to meet agreed specifications or warranty terms
  • Customers dissatisfied with completed work must raise concerns within 7 days for assessment

Consumer Rights: Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this cancellation policy.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God (floods, storms, earthquakes, pandemics)
  • War, terrorism, riot, or civil unrest
  • Government restrictions, regulations, or interventions
  • Fire, explosion, or industrial disputes
  • Failure of public utilities or transport networks
  • Supplier failures or material shortages

In the event of force majeure, we will notify you as soon as practicable and make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption. Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

Warranties and Consumer Rights

Our Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. Warranty coverage varies by service:

  • Installation Workmanship: 1-year warranty on all installations
  • Car Wraps (Materials): 3-5 years manufacturer's warranty (depending on film quality and maintenance)
  • Paint Protection Film (PPF): 5-10 years manufacturer's warranty on materials
  • Window Tinting: Manufacturer's lifetime warranty on film (subject to proper maintenance)
  • Caliper Painting: 12 months on paintwork
  • Kitchen Wrapping: 3 years on materials and workmanship (residential use only)

Warranty Conditions

Warranties are subject to proper care and maintenance. Warranties do not cover and may be void if:

  • Damage results from improper cleaning, waxing, or maintenance
  • The vehicle is modified, resprayed, or serviced by unauthorized parties
  • Damage is caused by accidents, collisions, vandalism, or acts of God
  • Products are exposed to extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals
  • Vehicle is used for commercial purposes (unless specified in writing)
  • Improper storage or exposure to environmental factors beyond normal use

Consumer Rights (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have legal rights if our services or goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. These rights include:

  • Right to Reject: Within 30 days of service completion if work is unsatisfactory
  • Right to Repair or Replacement: We will fix defective work at no extra charge
  • Right to Price Reduction or Refund: If we cannot fix the issue within a reasonable time

These statutory rights are not affected by our warranty terms and remain in force for up to 6 years (England & Wales) or 5 years (Scotland) depending on the nature of the issue.

Making a Warranty Claim

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wizz's Wraps or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

We retain the right to use photos and videos of completed work for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wizz's Wraps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content
  • Third-party actions or content

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Third-Party Services and Social Media
